Basic but clean and comfortable.
Pros:The central position and great price.
Cons:Slight minor maintenance in bedroom.
Location: The position of the hotel is excellent with most places within walking distance. The Falls, Zip line, shopping centres and local markets are close.
The N1 hotel is basic but clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is available downstairs either full cooked or continental at a reasonable price.
The position of the hotel is excellent with most places within walking distance, the Elephant Walk shopping centre is just down the road and a local market for souvenirs is next door, the Victoria Falls viewing area is a pleasant 15 minutes walk away just passed the Zip line gorge - if you are brave enough! Victoria Falls railroad station is within easy walking distance along with the main street and all its facilities. Baboons, warthogs and the occasional elephant are a pleasure to see on walks to the falls.
The swimming pool looked inviting if the weather had been warmer. We had the pleasure to be there before they cut the magnificent African Tulip tree down in front of the hotel.
