A little overpriced for what it was in a country like vietnam. I have stayed at nicer hotels in vietnam at far less (with breakfast included).

Great Experience
Pros:as above - staff were great
Cons:For me, no improvements needed
Enjoyed stay from check in to check out. Sure there was a conference happening that made it a little noisy at the beach but I understand the revenues that this would attract for the hotel. Particular highlights, Ms Gillian through the check in process, the (older, in "cowboy" style hat) pool / beach attendant not only doing his duties but picking up litter and the two breakfast room attendants with shorter "bob" style hair cuts who where helpful and attentive.
Pleasant change with the traditional room style, all the mod-cons, great balcony just just shows every hotel room doesn't have to be modern and without feeling.
Kids club a great amenity and the staff were great with the Le Sirena restaurant provided a great setting for early dinners.
Busy at check out but the Duty Manager did a great job in keeping things flowing.
