The property is older and showing signs of wear. The shower was not hot and we had to keep adjusting the running toilet. This is the only hotel that would not let us split our bill on three credit cards— two other properties were booked through the same third party on this trip and had no problem splitting our bill. Apparently, the site is used by visiting football teams and pilots so they do not have to go out of their way to please guests. The lobby had complementary coffee in the lobby—but no decaf. Water was offered for $3. We were doing a road trip and stayed at four different hotels. This was our least favorite.

Nice location and staff . Would give better review but were woke up at 3:45 with hard pounding on room next to us and then very loud talking and laughing for 30 min until call ground desk . Problem was then fixed by 4:45

Great place to stay while visiting Magnolia! The bed and shower were lovely and the room was very quiet. We had a great sleep here.

The sheets, linens and towels were old and thin. It was probably a relatively nice hotel in 1990. It was clean but old. The evening manager/front desk person was lovely and very helpful. He was very prompt and courteous with my request.
