Mixed bag
Lovely smart, clean and comfortable hotel. Only issue was that some regular hotel processes seemed to be difficult for them. Eg. How they deal with pre-authorisation for the room. Really clunky and inconvenient. Also food in the restaurant was pretty mediocre. The atmosphere and decor in the bar and restaurant was quite corporate and didn’t lend itself to relaxation. However room was lovely.
