Our room was ready as soon as we got to the hotel. Check in was smooth and the customer service were very kind and helpful. There were a lot of employees who spoke English. We always had a clean room to come back to! Even if we had stayed during their cleaning period they would come back after we’d left. There is a station right underneath the mall the hotel is located in. So transposition was always very easy. I would stay here again in the future. We absolutely loved our stay.
