There's no need to queue and collect your tickets at the airport. And there's no ticket for you to leave at home.

Just book
Book your flight as usual. Your ticket will be held electronically in the airline computer system. You will receive a confirmed itinerary. Please check this to make sure your booking details are correct.

Domestic: The Itinerary & Costing is for your financial records only. You won't need to bring it with you to the airport for flights within Australia.

International: You will be emailed or mailed an Itinerary & Confirmation. This must be taken with you to the airport as the itinerary information will be required for Immigration, Customs, Airport Security checks and Duty Free purchases. You should also retain a copy for your records.

Check-in
If you have baggage, go straight to check-in and present some form of photo identification (such as a drivers licence). If you are travelling without baggage, go straight to the departure gate or Airline Club lounge (members only) and present your photo ID.

And fly
Once you have shown your ID, you will be issued with your boarding pass.
