Thank you very much for your help. Pity about the Thai flight change. 7 hours in Bangkok airport. It is a big terminal but unfortunately we are not into shopping in airport terminals. Still at least it will substantially reduce any likelihood of missing our connecting flight should the Thai flight be delayed which seems to be happening more and more at Sydney airport. Thank you, it has been easy dealing with you and I will not hesitate you use you again on our next trip.

Me and my partner booked our flights through you, we mistook our flight times and ended up missing our flights! It's embarassing to say the least, however I can not be happier with the service we received, and due to same, we are on a flight tomorrow to go to my home, Sweden for my parents wedding.
It is obvious to say, without Sarah's help, not only would I have disapointed my family, but have put out a lot of money for nothing. All this was our fault, but Sarah managed to make me comfertable, understand my options the whole way and was more than patient with my many questions. I cannot stress enough how valuable her help was for us and like I told Sarah, I'm a nurse but she truly saved our lives today! (Mum would have killed me) :)
If she can get acknowledged for her efforts, patience and warmth and her ability to find a solution for us, at a time of the olympics and peak season in Europe I would feel better for my crying and yelling at my partner in her ear.. I've never booked with you before, so maybe this is just what you do.. if so, OMG! I will tell everyone about your level of customer service and will never book with anyone else again.
Give her the cred she deserves, that's all I ask! Love your work!!!

I was in contact with you at the end of August getting flights back to Ireland for my family and me. As you will remember it wasn't the smoothest of flights as one of our passports had expired. Well we're back in Australia now and I just want to say a big thank you for your help in getting, not just one, but two sets of flights sorted on a few hours notice. I would like to say thank you to Jeremy Nguyen, who works for your company. Yesterday my mother needed to catch a flight home to Denmark as her mother was very sick. We didn't expect to have a flight for a few days but 3 hours after speaking to Jeremy my mother was on a flight to denmark. On behalf of my hole family I would like to thank Jeremy for his help in getting my mother on this flight. Not only did we call him back three times as he was very patient with us, he also helped us book travel insurance & at 5:30pm when the flight left we got a call just to check that my mother had got off safely. The level of customer service shown by Jeremy is very hard to find in the world we live in today. Thank You very much, and I have no hesitation recommending your company to anyone who has plans to travel.

Thank you for your message and I am pleased to let you know that all worked well with the trip. The Airline was good, the staff friendly and helpful. I did not stay in a hotel as I went there to join my son and daughter in law. My son and his wife also travelled Thai and because he was very ill, he needed special assistance with wheelchair and his lack of mobility. They travelled business class and also had a positive experience. They were complimentary of the Airline and were going to fly again this week, except that Horse died a few days ago (very sad for us, but a great relief for him as he suffered from MND). I will get in touch again when the time is right to travel, in the meantime thank you for your assistance and support.
