3 star due to poor bathroom condition
This hotel was in close proximity to Disneyland park which was a plus. The rooms need a lot of work. We had no working bathroom fan, so we had to shower with the bathroom slider door open. When we did this the interior pool view window would also fog up with condensation. Due to no working fan over time, the bathroom had rusted fixtures (sprinkler above, mirror, vent). Everything outside of the room was new, clean, and well cared for. I reached out to management with the issue and was told engineering would be stopping by to look at it. I’m unsure if that happened, I never heard back. The staff were very kind and helpful during my stay. The beds were nice and comfortable.
