We’ve stayed at the Tropicana multiple times due to how close it is to Disneyland, and we’ve only had great experience. We plan on staying here again and again in the future.

I would have said excellent, but there is one thing I really think could and should be updated in the rooms - the type of toilet, their round toilet seems really dated these days, please update to an oval larger toilet.

Make sure not to stay right next to the elevator, very loud. From rolling carts to kids screaming Also the room seemed clean but had that old funky smell. Like damp and moldy smell. Maybe it was the swamp cooler, not sure. Bed was comfy though.

The Tropicana has a great location, right across the street from Disneyland. That is its best asset. The hotel itself has been updated, but it looks like it was done on the cheap. Our bathroom had hairs in it, but otherwise the place was clean. The shampoo and conditioner were surprisingly great. The service was so-so. The woman who checked us in didn't seem to know the program very well. And the parking there isn't fantastic. But again, overall, it was pretty good. We felt safe and comfortable.

The only reason why I don’t give 5 stars is bc we stayed on the first floor and and we could hear the people above our room walking and stomping the whole time. 5 am on Sunday the kids above us were running and screaming and we could hear everything and that woke us up very early. Other than that, nice, clean and right in front of Disneyland.

Great location, clean, quiet stay
Second stay the the Trop. Staff were great. Room was clean. Limited parking. Worst part was, upon returning from a day at Disneyland. I returned to my room, and my door was not locked. I was able to push it open, and I found that very disconcerting. I notified the front desk…. We are so sorry…. Luckily all was ok.
