Two things, I would have liked to see. .1. The option of having a light breakfast, without having to go out and buying it. .2. I have found in my tripping around around the last week and staying in different places, no one had a folder of emergency numbers, recommended places to eat, and recommended places to visit to me, those folders were part of customer service .

Hello Doug, Thank you for your suggestion's on the back of our room information sheet we have QR codes that link you to places to eat and also things to do, as menu and businesses change we found it easier to have have a link to our website which has updated information.

Disappointed pool wasnt available in the morning before we left. Really needed front window double glazed we had to endure neighbours talking very loudly outside . Thankfully they didnt talk in the evening.

We loved the spaciousness of the unit (No 9); the comfortable bed; a great selection of teas, coffee etc.; the artwork on the walls; extras like paper towels and tissues; nice big coffee cups; milk in glass bottles; comprehensive information folder; free netflicks; everything one could possibly want in the kitchen; large dining table and chairs; re-cycling advice; very friendly staff.. The decor was a little dated and the couch was quite uncomfortable.
