Overall I like this hotel however on this instance late check in was challenging with the intercom not working and then some communication issues. Probably would have been easier to communicate via text or email lock box code to enable check in.
Very good location for shopping and dining at Westfield Albany.
Good public transport and motorway links.
The only slight negative for us is that Ramada properties have wall mounted toiletriy bottles in the bathroom and shower.
It would n far easier to use a pump action as it is very difficult to squeeze with 2 hands and catch the fluid.
My wife has an issue with one hand which means she dannot squeeze the bottles.
We now take our own small siaps when we use Ramada which is a hassle to always remember.
Please consider a pump action.

The property is well kept and the staff were great.
The surrounding area is a bit average but a better food offer was only a couple of blocks away.
As a functional place to stay overnight or two this property is fine. No swimming pool, gym or cafe just a comfy room for the night, so if thats all you need this property ticks all the boxes.
Everything was good and clean, just it's better to have more cutlery and kitchenware and also to have hand wash dishes sponge. Hotel needed at least one normal restaurant, all around the hotel was specific restaurant.
