This is our forever stay at Banff, It’s renovated. Looks new. But I found so much dust on the sheets. And the dirty clothes from the previous stay in a drawer.

We stay here several times per year, it’s usually our only stay if we stay in Banff. We will most likely look elsewhere next time after our precious stay. For 300 CAD one night stay… our room was not cleaned, we found clothing left under the beds and dressers, dirty floors, etc- not cleaned properly. The sidewalks around the resort were mostly ice covered and not safe to walk on. The parking lot was icy too, arguably because of the weather. But the sidewalk condition can be rectified with some proper maintenance. The front desk called our room twice within 20 minutes asking if the room was ok… honestly with 3 kids, we weren’t even settled in the first 20 minutes and answering the phone twice while unpacking the truck into the room… wasn’t appreciated, especially because the room wasn’t clean and we had 3 kids to juggle! Banff RMR Ive been staying at your resort for 3 decades, our family used to own time share here. You’ve done much better in the past and we are hoping you “pick up your socks” so to speak lol

Very nice place for the price. The pool area was not the cleanest but the room was great! Our second stay here and would definitely go back. Price was great!
