Chalets needing renovation

Pros: Location is just a bit out of Banff which is a short drive away.
Cons: Renovation and upgrade of the chalets are desperately needed. The current condition barely reach 2 star level, yet the rate is more than 4 star.
Chalets are getting very old, run down and desperately needing upgrade and renovation, especially considering the very high price the place charge. Of course being in the middle of Rockies allow them to charge high rates nevertheless customers who pay this rate would expect better accommodation. Place is clean and comfortable, close to Banff that's about all.

Great Amenities

Location: About 3 minutes from central Banff by car. Heaps to do in Banff and surrounds.
This is a great place to stay. The full kitchen allowed us to make our own meals which we enjoyed. The room was spacious and comfortable. The onsite convenience store was helpful. My son loved the waterpark which we were not aware of when booking. The only negatives were the room was very hot and the bathroom extractor fan did not seem to work. These were only minor issues. Would definitely stay here again.

great apartment - poor internet.

Pros: Quiet, comfortable, Kitchen always a bonus.
Cons: Internet service
Location: Location was good for us as we had a car. Perhaps a little far out of town if you have no car. However, bus stop to Banff at door.
Great little one bedder. Poor internet service was inconvenient.
