Walked in from outside and my travel anxiety went from 50 to 0. It was safe, quiet, spacious, had a nice pool, hot water, decent pillows. The area around it has some good eating options and is busy at night.

After being left off at the airport, I discovered one of my bags was left in the taxi. I called the hotel and they swiftly arranged its return to me, without threatening my flight. That is outstanding service from a hotel that consistently hits a very high mark.

I chose this hotel to be centrally located. It was my first of three reservations. All aspects of service and courtesy were excellent from reception, porters, dining and cleaning staff. A special mention goes to 'Soda". There is a wide selection of Breakfast cuisines but I did not use additional dining options.
