A hotel stuck in the 1970’s and desperately in need of a refurbishment. The staff were great but the hotel is let down by its decor and the fact it appears to be used by ladies of the night. We wouldn’t come back

Oh Dear
I’ve been using the Nana on and off for the last 25 years and have watched it decline over time. Last time was six years ago when I stayed in a refurbished room which was ok but this time - six years on, the room was dreadful. The bed was the worst part - massive lovely looking bed but it had person size “dents” on both sides of the mattress so I had to sleep in the middle. I wish the owners would just spend the money and update the rooms - it used to be such a nice place to stay. I won’t be going back there I’m afraid.

Staff are numerous and helpful, the pool is excellent, the attached café provides a worthwhile option amongst thousands of others. The rooms are neat and functional, the cleaning is very thorough.
