Nice comfortable hotel but the rooms were too hot, especially at night and couldn’t be cooled, so didn’t sleep well even though the bed was comfy. Very helpful staff.

In relation to the In relation to the Central Air-Conditioner, during that time, the daytime temperature gradually rises, but the temperature quite difference between day and night, therefore the Central Air Conditioner in the guest room cannot deliver cold air at night time. We fully understand that the guest room may occasionally feel hot, and normally we suggest guests to open the window for ventilation, and in a meantime, we will deliver a cooler if available to the guests' room to help adjust the temperature. Last but not least, it is a great pleasure to know that our Team Members taken good care of you has left you a good impression. Your recognition is the motivation for us to do better! Thank you once again for your feedback, we hope you will reconsider us on your next visit to Beijing and we look forward to welcome you back soon.

Very nice Hotel, centrally located
Pros:Clean and centrally located
Location:Most attractions for visitors were a short ride away, The forbidden city is within walking distance.
Hotel was ideally located.
Rooms are very generous.
Staff when approached, were all helpful and supportive.
We signed up for hotel breakfast, which was a very nice spread.
