Don't bother booking here
Stayed here years ago and had a bad experience but thought I would give it another chance. Only 1 tiny lift working so had to wait for lift to go up and down a few times before we could get in. Corridors filthy, carpets looked like they could do with a good clean. Smelt of smoking on my floor and even heard a dog barking. Car park is not big enough. I payed £8 to park when I arrived then went out for the evening. When I got back car park gate was locked and I was told by 2 rather rude staff I couldn't park in there as it was full. Ended up having to park on a residential street. Reception staff did give me my £8 back but very grudgingly. While I was getting this sorted a family was asking for their money back for their room and leaving because their room was so noisy. I will definitely not be making the mistake of going there again.

It was ok but no kettle in room and only plastic cups and no tea or coffee etc in the room had to go down stairs to get one. again in plastic cup. i know it ibis budget but talk about clue in the name. could do with improvements. shower sink and loo all seprate. it had to wardrobe only hangers on a thing next to the bed low beside tables one tiny desk no hair dryer litterly as it says budget very much so on one,

Dirty, definitely get what you pay for. Breakfast was extremely basic with no hot options. Jam clearly Tesco value standards. Police interviewing what looked like minors who ran away from home. Luckily it was literally just a bed for a few hours I needed

Staff were super efficient, friendly and smiley blonde lady there both days , bed comfy , very clean, good shower and windows kept traffic noise out well. We had booked last minute after our other accommodation let us down, well done Ibis for neing there!
