Great Hotel
I wasn't expecting much for the price I paid. Room was lovely and receptionist was very pleasant. I didn't stay for long due to a family emergency. I did lye down on the bed it was very comfy. Room was a good size. Hotel wasn't noisy either. Would recommend

Great, If you like ABBA.
Booked her for a rest stop on a trip. Got in the room and all I could here was ABBA music banging from downstairs, really loud couldn't get any rest. Went and asked and reception said oh it will be over in 30 mins and it did go away and enjoyed a peaceful night. UNTIL 9am Again ABBA music on top whack banging from below. I get they need to practice etc but not near the guest rooms whilst people are trying to sleep in the evening or first thing.

I had a seizure in the fire exit in the hotel on valentine's night staff were terrible my husband used the phones in the hallway located on landing in hotel dialled 0 to connect to get get from reception no response I could of died I will be lodging a complaint against the Savoy hotel
