My family booked two rooms and had a great stay. The staff, starting from the front desk on, were so genuinely friendly, helpful, we felt so comfortable from the moment we walked in. Everything in the hotel is very convenient, well laid out, and stress free. I appreciated as well the small second floor seating area open, to the lower level. The breakfast area was wonderful, with many great seating options from window to fireside seating creating an open but warm feeling. Add plug in parking and complimentary ice scrapers at the front desk and we left well rested and smiling :)

I checked in late and asked for a late check out, the front desk staff was very accommodating. Turns out I didn't need it but the hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and just as the coffee was out, someone came around the corner with another pot. Thank you and I will stay again.
