Lovely hotel. Disappointed that I had to ask twice for the sofa bed to be made up. Room booked for 3 guests but set up for 2 - only 2 mugs, glasses, robes etc. Had to ask 3 times for this to eventually be sorted. Lack of attention to detail which was a shame in a beautiful hotel

The hotel was lovely. But I found it difficult to sleep. Our room looked over the mezzanine so was quite noisy. We could hear people and sirens and shouting into the early hours of the morning so I really did not sleep well.

I asked for a feather free room for medical reasons. This was confirmed by helpful checkin staff. I woke in middle of night suffering and having to take medication. All pillows were feather. Housekeeping staff need to understand the conseuences of their failure. Recompense was supposed to be put in place but not yet received.
