Très confortable et propre. Le déjeuner dit « continental » est beaucoup plus complet qu’un continental, très grande variété! La réceptionniste était aussi très sympathique et accommodante. Merci!

Nous avons apprécié ce moment qu'on a passé au Vallea entre soeurs. Bien situé pour du shopping dans le secteur des boutiques, il y a un bon choix de restaurants autours. L'espace aménagé pour le dejeuner au rez-de-chaussé séparé de la reception par un foyer, est parfait à utiliser pour prendre un café en après-midi en jouant à des jeux de société ou pour "chiller" tranquillement avec un verre de vin en soirée. Le personnel était très accueillant et avec le souci de rendre notre séjour agréable. Le déjeuner continental santé avec ses compotes maisons, yogourts aux fruits, poudding Chia etc...dépasse les attentes, le Vallea se démarque à ce niveau, c'était juste wow! Seuls bémol, le fait de reserver à travers la plateforme Hotels.com est un handicap pour pouvoir upgrader la chambre sur place. La chambre qu'on a réservé ne correspondait pas aux photos sur le site de Hotels.com et donc, était beaucoup plus petite et vraiment sombre. Nous avons demandé de changer de chambre, mais parcequ'on avait réservé sur Hotels.com et payé d'avance, ce n'était pas possible, malgré qu'on était disposé à payer la difference, le personnel a essayé de faire un changement mais sans succès, ça ne se fait juste pas. Déception à ce niveau. Ĺ'espace Jaccuzzi est sympa, mais à éviter en soirée car pas très propre s'il a beaucoup été utilisé dans la journée, l'eau est vraiment trop chaude et une pélicule huileuse flottait à la surface... outre ces détail, ce fut un agréable séjour!

We liked the location, just across the Quartier Bromont, and very close to the old town with its fine stores and restaurants. We also liked the comfortable room with mountain views and the beautiful, well maintained building. We didn't like that we had to wait 3 hours for the room to be ready, but I have to admit we arrived too early.
