Property was very nice, very quiet, bed was lovely, very clean. Room was very clean. Smoke detector started chirping at 2:30 am, I am a firefighter, never smoked, never will, so I figured it was a battery issue, but sleep ended. The shower door handle was very loose, needed service. I mentioned this at check out and it was noted. The shuttle was not good, you have to phone to arrange pickup. I waited for the shuttle outside for 45 minutes, it was -35C , shuttle driver was very nice. No offer for compensation, I arrived at 12:30 am , I would stay again, I was frozen waiting to get shuttle, my 2 hours trying to sleep was not enough for my 8 am flight.. the hotel and staff were lovely, I would stay again in a heartbeat but I would travel smarter

I recently stayed at Radisson Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The hotel's amenities, from the fitness center to the on-site restaurant, exceeded my expectations. The central location made it convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend Radisson Hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Five stars!
