We love the amenities at this hotel. Steam room, hot tub and pool ... very nice! Classy hotel. solid location as well. parking is a rip off $25 per day and that rate doesn't apply until 6:00 pm.

Fairmont truly is the gold standard for hotels. The only hotel that makes you feel like you’ve had a vacation, even if you’ve stayed just for one night. You can expect a peaceful room, a great sleep, a delicious meal and beautiful amenities. The gold level upgrade is an excellent option. All of the employees throughout the hotel(s) are knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I always feel safe and well taken care of when staying at a Fairmont hotel. The radio/speakers need to be changed in the rooms as they are outdated and not useable with new technology.

Three things took away what should be an automatic 5 star rating. One, wifi was extra until I called to clarify. In this day and age wifi shouldn’t be such an issue. Two the TV was on the side of the bed meaning you had to crane your neck to the side to watch a movie. It was completely unnecessary. Three, there were cleanliness issues and half drank stuff in the mini bar. None of this is a big deal, but if you want to be 5 star, you need to provide 5 star. Elegant lobby and close to everything. We had a nice one evening in Calgary.
