Staff are really friendly. Food was good, loved the buffet and all the options they had for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Only issue is the walls are not sound proof and i can hear everything next door. That part was disruptive.

I prefer smaller places. It was too loud at the time and became too party oriented. If you are planning to sleep well not in this resort, there is a bar open 24 hours and lots of parties all the way until morning. Other than that I enjoyed my room, food and beach was perfect . Overall the stay was great! The two things that could be improved were the functionality of the elevators and the restaurant food. The buffet food was the best food.

This resort was perfect except a few things. The rooms are outdated and a little depressing and the food was not anything impressive. The staff is all so nice and attentive. The activities staff is also super fun! The beach is beautiful, but this area is not great for snorkeling as there aren’t many fish or shells. I would recommend RUI Hotels for sure but would stay at another resort instead.
