You have what you paid , es un hotel de medio brazo, la comida en los buffet a toda hora mala sin duda alguna , el restaurant Italiano super bueno , la calidad de la bebidas muy muy mediocre , el staff en general atento Las habitaciones bien simples y sencillas algo viejitas eso si muy limpias, mi opinión honesta , no volvería otra vez You have what you paid, it is a mediocre hotel, the food in the buffets at all times is bad without a doubt, the Italian restaurant is super good, the quality of the drinks is very very mediocre, the staff is generally attentive The rooms are very simple and simple, somewhat old, but very clean, my honest opinion, I would not return again.

Me and my family have had the best experience, we celebrated two amazing surprise birthdays, the staff was so friendly and welcoming, rooms were cleaned every day, the staff who cared for our kids in the pool were amazing, our kids had so much fun, and the food were variety, and the shows were amazing too. For sure will come back again

The staff was amazing, friendly and so welcoming. It was our first time in Mexico and we will be back for sure. Javier is amazing waiter and you will be well well treated if you have to opportunity to get served by him. The ladies at the front are so helpful, their customer service is remarkable.
