Definitely not what I expected for a Holiday Inn Hotel, needs a lot of loving care applied..the shuttle service was a bonus, maybe bit of information for pick up from airport would have been helpful.

Had to change rooms. First room when I went in there was no refrigerator and front desk told me they don’t know which room has refrigerator and maintenance team might have taken it for repairs. Then they gave me another room, when I checked that room, bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work. Then they gave me another room and that was the same condition as my second room. I didnt wanted to check rooms back and forth. I settled in that condition. They charged me $15 for breakfast which wasn’t worth it. They only got few choices compared other holiday inn.

This hotel can be so much better. Needs Reno.
To start with I chose this hotel because it advertised EV chargers on site and pool. The pool was out of service. The EV chargers were also out of service. What is even better is that font desk claims every time they fix the chargers they work for a day or two and stop. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Also even though breakfast hours are from 7:30 to 9:30 by 8am what little of what is available is all gone. Had to change multiple rooms to get a clean one. The hotel feels old and ran down and has wired smell down the hallways.

the attention from that the very poor quality staff told us that we did not have the right to breakfast, I had to go and print the reservation and the details so that they would allow me access to breakfast, in addition we were sitting having breakfast and the staff told us that we We had to hurry because they had to leave, it wasn't even 8:30 am. The experience in that location was really very negative.
