Nice American style breakfast, airport pick-up, king size beds, complimentary water. They should charge some rooms to have walk-in showers. The tubs are a bit difficult if over 60 yrs old or over.

Overall a pleasant stay here. Staff was very helpful. We did need emergency medical care and the staff connected us with a good traveler's clinic. Downside is that the water stopped working for a few hours in the middle of the night, but that could be all of this part of Cusco, not just this hotel.

A lovely reprieve in Cusco!
One of my favorite hotel stays ever. Thoughtful planning for people visiting Cusco and doing long days, tours, etc. Breakfast was lovely. Live music every evening 630-830p was also perfect because I was often too tired to leave my hotel. They also brought hot packs in the evening for your sore muscles! I only ate dinner there one night and it was also pretty good. No complaints!

I liked Kiki. I liked environmentaly conscious. Only glass and paper. No plastics! Very good breakfast. I liked live intertainment in courtyard, but could be a little lower volume. Nice king beds. Don't book economy room, too small. Other rooms good size.

This hotel was very cozy and nice. Graciela went beyond to help us to accommodate with the altitud issues we were having. We loved the alpaca Kiki who was around the hotel very nice touch. The hotel is walkable and close to the San Pedro Market and restaurants.

I loved that every night they came to each room with a large thing of hot tea and water bags in case it was cold! The staff was very friendly and it was such a good location for just landing in Cusco!
