Wait for renovation
Hotel is under renovation. There is no food or drink on premises at all. No vending machines, no bottled water. Hotel is supposed to be smoke free but room smelled like cigarettes. Hotel shuttle is run by 3rd party and was slow picking up at airport. Thankfully shuttle was on time for our early morning flight.

If you say you have transportation, have transport
So, our flight was delayed and we had an overnight layover. Rather than stay in the airport, we decided to go to this hotel. I've had pleasant stays in La Quinta previously, so why not? The big issue was the airport shuttle. We call up, they respond and send the shuttle. 5 minutes go by. 10 minutes go by. 20 minutes later, I get a call from the driver, who is somewhat frantic, asking where I was (I told them when I called.) He finally shows up, with a full van. While my wife and I are wondering where we are going to sit, he starts moving luggage around and informs me I'll be in the back. At this point, I just want to get to bed, so I go in. And he almost forgets my wife, and starts yelling at her as to why she wasn't in the van yet, despite a sign saying drivers are to open the door, and she ends up sitting on the wheel well. The hotel is under renovation, but it actually looks quite nice. The room was comfy, and we actually had a decent night's sleep. Cue the driver again. We signed up for transport to catch our flight, but he said he wasn't aware of it, and he would be there a half hour after the time we signed up for. So we took an Uber. The hotel itself was ok, but don't stay if you want to go to and from the airport.

Poor showing and condition
Waited 1 hour and 20 minutes at 10pm at night for shuttle service to show up. Hotel is under renovation, and it shows. No snacks or drinks available to buy on site. Halls are lit by temp lighting handing from the wall. I’ve never reviewed a property poorly in here until now. Choose elsewhere.
