壊れた部分が目につきました。
コーヒー用の砂糖、クリーム、かき混ぜスティック等の入ったセットの袋が破られ、砂糖だけ抜き取られたような跡のものがそのまま置かれてました。 誰が使ったものかもわからないのですぐに捨てました。 洗面所のドアがちゃんと閉まらない 締めても、勝手に開いてしまう しかも鍵も壊れてしまっている。 洗面台の排水が悪く、少し水を出しただけでもすぐに 溜まってしまい、排水するのにとてもとても時間がかかった。 トイレのドアの開閉も建て付けが良くないのかとても力が要りました。ルーム清掃担当の人はこういうのは確認しないのでしょうか？部屋自体は清潔で使いやすく、フロントデスクのスタッフも完璧なのにとても残念でした。

Staff was incredibly friendly and warm, very quick check in. Everything in the room was in order, neat and clean. The shower was very hot and had high water pressure. Although no hot tub the pool is heated. The breakfast buffet included a gluten free muffin (sealed) which was a pleasant surprise since my family members are celiac. There was a bridge so we could walk over to a shopping center that had multiple vendors. Every time we come to the Dallas area this will be our hotel.
