The rooms are very run down. Hannah was super friendly and nice. Tubs falling apart, ceiling is patched up, flooring isn’t complete

The check in staff was very friendly. We left 20 minutes after arriving. Unfortunately, the front desk closed at 11 pm so we were unable to let them know until the morning. The ceiling & walls had sagging, horrible drywall, there is rust on all electrical items, with exposed wires on switches, the sofa was grey with dirt & full of sand, hairs all over the floors, tub not clean with black bathtub water lines but what did it for us was when I pulled the covers back to go to bed, the roaches scattered. The ones I didn't smash (there were too many) ended up under the sofa. We left & have requested a refund.

This is the 3rd time you asked me to review this cesspool. I've seen better conditions in an outhouse. This hole on the beach was designed for the drunken fools who are so inebriated they don't care what they fall on. But me, I care where I sleep and what I sleep in. I wouldn't even let my dog sleep there, it was that disgusting. So if you're asking for an honest review, you got it, if you want me to lie about this place, not on your life. Best thing that could happen is they bring in dozzers and level this crap hole.

As soon as we checked into our room we were greeted by Roaches on the bed and living in the refrigerator. Doors were missing on cabinets, no silverware or pots and pans, no glasses or dishes. Front door was flimsy and didn't feel secure. Overall everything seemed to be falling apart and outdated. In need of new appliances, furniture, and paint. Even 1 of the twin beds were missing a leg and I had to prop it up with a stand they had in place. The only saviing grace was the ocean view prime location, and the staff of people and managers that work there they were very nice and delt with my situations well. I was suppose to stay 2 nights but due to these conditions we wanted to check out early and was able to stay 1 night only thanks to the managers and staff there and Expedia. So in conclusion I blame the owners of this establishment and wish Expedia would send representatives to stay at these places before they put them on there lists. Because they really dropped the ball on this one.
