A reasonable hotel at a great location. The staff were very friendly and ever helpful, though the decor is getting a bit dated and some of my room fittings etc were a little shabby. Still though, the bed was good, the a/c was good, the shower was good, so overall not bad as a place to stay.

Extraordinary hospitality with utmost humility
You couldn't have asked for a better location to be at in Delhi. The rooms are comfortable and clean. And there is a gym for freaks like myself who enjoys a workout while being on the road. There is nothing to fault; however, what's making my stay so magical are the heroes working here.
The moment you walk in at the entrance, the staff welcomes you with a big smile. I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past, and I have also stayed at many other hotels, but the treatment I am getting here is somewhat magical. There is a familiar face walking in, and the staffs remember you. They don't even have to check their system to say 'welcome back' - nope. To them, you are family, not a business transaction. There is a real sense of community here.
And the staffs at the Mist restaurant - OMG, I am in awe. They go above and beyond. You have heroes like Harsh, Amit, Ranjana, Deepak and many more who give you their time, holding this genuine contagious smile, when speaking to you and they, wholeheartedly, want to make sure you are ok.
In a world where organisations are investing in many programs to improve life at work, this hotel has mastered this formula. There is no hierarchy, and they make work meaningful and giving everyone involve (from the teams to the residents) a sense of belonging, trust, and relationship.
