The air condition was really loud which meant that we had the choice between being comfortably cool with a loud buzzing in the room or being too hot and silent. The fridge was too loud also but we were able to unplug this to have some peace and quiet.
The hotel is in a central location which was a huge bonus.

We stayed one night and everything was wonderful. From the valet when we pulled up to the friendly staff handing craft kits to our children.
We look forward to our next stay in a few months, we have booked the adjoining childrens room and it looks spectacular

I booked the Grace Hotel for my partner and I for a belated birthday retreat into the City. We've stayed at the Grace on a few occasions and absolutely adore the hotel and the staff. The bed was a king size (standard) and my partner and I had an amazing sleep! We were checked into the hotel by a friendly woman who held polite conversation with us. We had a few queries and nothing was too troublesome for her. My partner and I definitely will visit here again for our anniversary. Thank you to the Grace (once again) for a lovely stay.

"Could be closer to the city shops and restaurants"
The hotel was pleasant and clean, staff friendly and helpful. I would have liked it closer to the shopping precinct and restaurants, however otherwise OK. The hotel restaurant was expensive and the food average. The BLTs in the bar were good.
