A super convenient location on Stuart Street but also surprisingly quiet. The apartment was very comfortable and well kitted out and we hope to come back to Dunedin and stay again.

The Loft apartment was fabulous! The car parking in the basement was the most difficult to get in or out I have ever experienced. Don't drive anything big and make sure you have someone else to help direct you first time. It is VERY tight.

Nice apartment well appointed. Arrived to find dirty dishes in dishwasher. After a poor nights sleep due to uncomfortable pillows and quilt too hot I spoke to concierge who thankfully gave us 2 new pillows and a blanket and apologised for the dishwasher issue. Easy checkin and out overall a good place to stay but hard to find parking not in metered zones.

We did not receive our check-in instructions and arrived to find no parking except in a five minute spot on the street. This is a totally unmanned establishment so we had to call somebody - who was very helpful - to get checked in and then go find - and pay for - parking as nobody had told us there wasn't any at the "hotel".
