From check in to check out the staff were great, a long stemmed rose and a box of chocolates for Valentines. Arrived early but room was ready. Great value for money. Would I recommend, definitely.

Stay was okay, check in were issues with card machine. No available kitchen within hotel or food other than bar snacks. Bit disappointing after a travel, and with it being a 4* hotel. Room was a little dated in comparison to the rest of the hotel itself. Bed was comfortable, good sleep.

Modern Convenient Hotel.
A well located modern hotel across the road from the main train station. We asked for a view and our room was overlooking the main street, which was really nice. Comfy bed, super clean and zero noise from outside due to secondary double glazing. The hotel use papercups in rooms for tea and coffee, which does not feel eco friendly as they are disposed after each use. Staff are very friendly and the bar area is modern and well used. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
