Excellence experience at iQ Firenze, from the welcome staff/ concierge, hotel porters, wait staff, dining staff and bartenders everyone was very helpful in answering our many questions and inquiries. Staff were responsive, courteous, professional and attentive to us. We really enjoyed the stay and would visit again. I only hoped the hotel was closer to the train station to access it quicker, overall felt safe and welcomed.

This is a wonderful hotel and a fantastic experience. My daughter and I spent 3 nights in a room with two incredibly comfortable twin beds. The hotel is very convenient with self-serve laundry facilities, a daily stocked bar fridge, a spa and plenty of fresh spring drinking water. I am very particular about cleanliness and this hotel gets full marks for being spotless. Take advantage of the breakfast. It’s very reasonably priced and delicious.

The photos on the website aren't this property. The rooms are just okay. When we walked in, the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. I came downstairs to inform the Front desk, and they acted like I was lying. Room service food was subpar at best. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again for the price; it wasn't worth it.
