This is an old property that needs a huge reno. Third room before I thought I could sleep in it. Very dirty rooms. The front desk worker was great. Came up with me to check the new room. I don’t feel the rooms on the top floor should be rented out as they are so dirty. Carpet is covered in stains as well as the furniture. I was here for a conference which happens twice a year. I will not be staying here again

Was definitely not worth $155. During the night the fire alarm was pulled twice by kids staying at the hotel. We didn’t even have 2 hours of sleep, figured we would be offered some money off of our stay when we checked out but nothing. Our stay was not worth the money at all and food was not the best

The sink wouldn’t drain, staff verified it was plugged but not plumbers they said so not fixed. I went and bought draino and poured it down the sink and solved the issue. The outside door would not unlock despite my card indicating it was unlocked. Reported it twice and still not fixed. The pool water was green. The gym equipment had 2 broken machines. There was hair in my shower when arrived. There were 2 little bottles of shampoo and no conditioner. The fan on the heater would not shut off, and stay off… kept turning back on every 15 seconds. The fan blew the curtain so could see in the window. The arm Chairs were dirty and stained. The pillows were the worst pillows I have ever slept on.

I cannot call this place a hotel, it's a motel. The only good thing about this motel is its location. The rooms are average with old furniture and old TV and the heater barely works. Beds are comfortable. Corridors have lots of mold and it smells like bleach, maybe the motel bleached the walls to get rid of mold. When we checked it we found used condoms on the floor, on the edge of the beds. This is unacceptable.

Location to the mall is great. Property is going through some work, which is hopefully the beginning of an overall upgrade as the rooms are dated but the beds were comfortable! The pool and hot tub could definitely use a deep clean (water was pretty green and walls of the hot tub were grimy) and although there was wifi, it was extremely frustrating that the connection was slow and when I spoke with the night front desk person I was told it was normal because the hotel was busy...I've been to many busy hotels and haven't had that poor wifi. The staff otherwise was the saving grace for the hotel, the check in was smooth and the two at the front desk were awesome. The cleaning staff was also awesome. As I said this property is showing age and hopefully is being addressed but overall it provided and safe and comfortable stay
