Overall this place looks really good. The room is clean and comfortable. The location is challenging and access to the hotel parking lot is poorly marked. I booked through Expedia and select the "pay at hotel" option, but the staff refused to give me the AAA or any other discount because I'd booked through Expedia. I'm learning the hard way, not to book through Expedia. They offer no breakfast in the morning. The ice machine is "temporarily" out of order, which seems a little sketchy. Plus the front desk clerk was in the back room every time we entered or left the premises. She came out when someone appeared at the desk, but I like it better when there's someone there to say hello and good-bye to guests of the hotel.

Was here for 3 days n staff never made the room up. I had to ask for towels everyday and ask for toilet paper.. cool…. Had to re code the door key everyday. Shower head was pointed at a 90* so showering was a challenge. Water was never hot. A used bar of soap was left in shower from previous occupant… bed and tv was nice thou
