I had food poisson having breakfast in the hotel, i spend half of my vacation day looking for medical help, i advice the management at the fromt desk and no one took the time or courtesy to offer me any type of help. This is unacceptable

Using the parking garage was confusing as one elevator was out and the signage redirecting you was not helpful to a first time visitor.
