Max and the team were very attentive, very approachable, always willing to assist. Small, quaint hotel, breakfast included which was great, the BEST eggs in Vietnam! Our tours were arranged for us, no stress. Bottled water plentiful and replenished daily in the room servicing and no charge. Highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for cheap.and cheerful, cost effective.-this is it. Will definitely stay again. Thankyou to all staff.

The rooms are small not even a chair to sit on ,had to boil the jug on the floor the water pressure is very weak beds are very low to the floor breaksfast consist of 2 eggs a bit of bacon with bread i would have expected more for the price the elevator starts at the 1st floor then stops every second floor so unless it stops at your floor then you take the stairs ever up or down. Not good for older people with bad knees or back the owners also-ran other motels with they try to get you to book the only positive is the young woman who made up the rooms and cooked breakfast even seen her painting the walls a very hard worker.
