No staff and no one to ask for assistance

There is a code to get inside, but our code didn't work. Luckily others let us in. The code worked for the room but not the hotel main door. For the high price I would expect some kind of assistance but there was no visible staff at any point. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any but the most confident traveller.

Thank you for your feedback! We're sorry to hear about the trouble with the door codes. Our hotel does not have staff at the hotel, but there should have been a phone in the lobby that you can use to contact our 24/7 customer service.
