Why so much plastic?
Great location in Hilo. Rooms are relatively clean. Just surprised on all cups the use at the bar and in the rooms are plastic. No water refilling options at the property. It just seems Hilton does not really care about the limited space and resources in Hawaii. Probably will look elsewhere for properties that at least try to not create so much trash.

Hotel was under construction and they did not list it or inform me prior to travel. Service was limited as a result. No recreation offered. Noise also an issue

They didn’t have a room for me when i went to check in. They said we gave them all away. So i had to book another room on phone and then showed them another confirmation and they gave me a room. Got charged for 2 rooms.
