Pros: Great staff.
Cons: Level 16 is old and dated. Definitely upgrade your room for one on the higher levels. Great hotel though.
Location: Close to everything, Good views
Initially paid for an older room on Level 16. The room was a bit tired and small so we paid to upgrade to a room on Level 20 which was much better.
