Location and the rooms were clean and spacious. The friendly staff spoke English very well. Highly recommended and will definitely book again.

This is a great choice for families. Our 3 bedroom apartment was comfortable and enormous, with plenty of space for our family of 5, including 3 teenage boys. The staff are absolutely lovely and will do anything to help. We were only in town for 3 nights so they helped by booking a tour for us at short notice. The breakfast and food generally in the restaurant was good and very suitable for kids catering to a wide range of tastes. I also really liked the location. It was possible to walk to the old French quarter but also the hotel offered a shuttle bus service. Lastly, it has a great pool, plus gym, sauna and kids play area - really good facilities. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location, friendly & helpful staff. Pool was excellent. We loved the Sherwood Residence so much we extended our stay there & would gladly stay there on our next trip.
Lots of good restaurants around, easy walk to city attractions & a very handy co-op Mart next door.
Free Shuttle bus into the city was also regular.
