The recent reviews are right: the elevators take a long time to arrive (and are often full once they do); 10 minutes at times. After check-in, we were given a room which had not been cleaned (it felt and looked like somebody was actually still staying there), and another guest we met in the elevator that night had the same experience; the staff was apologetic and quickly got us a new one. The hotel is nicely decorated and well located downtown, but I wouldn’t stay again until they fix all the elevators.

No hot water. Broken sink knob. Elevator takes 10 min to come literally. People waiting on eat floor so long the elevator becomes packed and people finally decide to just take stairs from the highest floors instead of wait again. It’s ridiculous.

I want to start out by saying the front desk were kind at all times. However, I gave the hotel a 1-star rating because once I made it to my room and got settled I became cold the overnight temp was 29 degrees outside. After dsome time I realized the heat was not coming on it read standby. So I called front desk I was told let me contact engineering to adjust; they said don't worry we don't have to come to your room. I continued to wait nothing I called back I was told oh it gets warm over time. I had to really get a Saturn voice and tell them that I have issues to where my body could not function good when cold not to mention no Th g sblr to sleep well. All of a sudden the heat was on and instantly the heat was working properly. By morning I was relaxed and cozy resting and it got cold again; they turned the heat off again. My daughter called and asked can you please turn the heat back on. Again nothing I had to call and threaten to write an immediate review to let the world know there operating the heat with a click from below and I expressed all there guess are not local so don't act as such. Honestly shouldn't be treated that way once you pay your money. Instantly I had heat for the rest of the day and night. By the time checkout was approaching it was like they didn't care again…..so stay at your own risk if the heat is managed I would hate to see what summer will bring. Will not be returning…. I had to place 1 too many phone calls for heat and there was no wait for money
