The entire property is run down and beaten up. Im not sure what happened to it but I have a certain expectation of Wingates and this one didn't even come close. You would be better off staying at a neighboring hotel as this one was one of the most expensive and a huge let down. The room was filthy and when I went to tell the staff they laughed it off. Terrible experience all together.
