This is a lovely hotel near the lake. Great views of Mount Fuji as the name suggests with a "panorama lounge" for viewing. Unfortunately at sunrise the windows were covered with moisture which impeded the view. The Onsen was great and not busy, at least in the evening.
I took the buffet breakfast and enjoyed it. A very nice mixture of food andba great view in the dining room.
I arrived in the late afternoon and was disappointed that the only meal available was the traditional Japanese buffet for about $100. The nearby restaurant was closed and the only other option was to take the shttlebus back to town and the take a taxi or walk back.
I use a cpap machine and was very surprised and a bit annoyed that there was no electrical outlet near the bed.
The good far outweighed the bad but there were a couple of places that could use some improvement.
