My sisters with my 1 yr old nephew were out on the street on their first trip together outside our country. The number in the unit didnt answer any of the calls. No key was left for the unit. The people that’s passing by that it was not the first time this incident happen. We couldn’t find another place right away because I have already reserved and planned their day for their vacation. Unfortunately no one open the door for this unit property. It was traumatic bec the place doesn’t seem that safe and they have a 1 yr old baby with them.. they have to wait till evening to get another place. I need this to be refunded. And be taken out of you website!!!
