I like everything about the Truntum which is why we keep coming back. the things I dont like, is other tourist leaving their towels on the pool beds and go shopping, return 5 hours later pick up there belongings and leave again, very annoying and rude. also the strong smell of mold in the aircondioner in our room, the cleaner did attend to but it didnt last long, and sadly my husband got sick.

We loved staying at the Truntum Kuta! My family had an interconnecting room for 5 nights in the Bali wing which was very comfortable, with cold air-conditioning. The buffet breakfast was superb with different options daily. The pools where awesome and the location right on the beach. Last but not least the staff were amazing with excellent customer service, very accommodating and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when in Kuta. Thank you Truntum Kuta

This is an old run down property. With the ceilings and roofs around the property, especially near the pool, looking like it could collapse at any moment. The price is cheap compared to other hotels. For 1x week stay, it is cheaper than the hard rock hotel 50 metres away , by $400 AUD. I wish I had paid the extra $400 I suppose you get what you pay for.

Good but could do better.
We love this hotel and it’s our go to when in Bali. Just one negative and that’s the lack of no smoking areas around the pool. It’s hard enough to get a subbed at the best of times because people leave their towels out and go off for ages, but when you do get one the next thing you know a family of heavy smokers sit next to you and you have to leave because of the stench and the dangers of passive smoking.
