Beautiful hotel. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Food at 2 of their 3 restaurants was yummy, we didn’t eat at the Teppanyaki Bar. Live entertainment every night. Grounds immaculate and beautiful. Fantastic large pool with 3 different depth levels and staffed swim up bar. Housekeeping everyday. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Shower Water pressure super and hot! Fantastic wifi connection. Directly across the road from Kuta beach. Right next door to Beachwalk Mall and very central to all other shopping. We loved everything about this hotel. Will definitely be the place to stay next time we visit. Highly recommended.

Staying at the grand istama Rama was much better than a hotel with the other facilities available. After a while of gong out and being harassed by stall holders it’s nice to just chill at the resort. Have dinner and a swim and read a book without being locked to a room. My next Bali holiday will def be in a resort setting. Thanks to the amazing and friendly staff who were more than happy to accomodate and make us feel at home.
