Honestly, it was not great! So our door keys had to be well I lost count how many times, the air con did not heat up so had to ask for a heater the bathroom had grout all over walls and something on shower curtain that looked like blood from god knows where from! Also the bath panel had a bit come away and if your like me that sits on the edge of the bath and take your socks off well this hurt my foot as it was sharp! We could not connect to the free WiFi was told maintenance would come the next day and a manger to see us yet never happened staff seemed friendly and very nice but for a four star this in my opinion is far from carpet seems in hall ways torn and have gaps and I was in a superior executive king room that was not superior in my beliefs no offer of a room move and also a gap that was so big under the door that I could not sleep properly as it felt unsafe yes we stayed as we travelled rather far and my husband really enjoys Leeds the gap under the door so big I have pictures that the remote can easily fit under it also was told that would be sorted during our visit out the first night and was not! Shall be requesting a refund of somewhat that does live up to the star rating and expectations you portray to the guest as this was not a great experience and I know you was fully booked but nothing offered to us for an apology for the issues with the room at all yet we spoke to several staff who said they would put it on handover for the managers.
